Hayu FanFest will take place on Saturday 26 October, 2024. Doors will open at 4.00pm and the event will conclude at 12.00am.

Is photography and video allowed?
Yes! We encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you like on your personal devices—don’t forget to tag @HayuSocial! Staff will be on hand to help take photos during meet and greet opportunities. Please note that professional cameras and recording equipment are not permitted in the venue.
Will there be professional photography at the event?
Hayu will be photographing and recording the event for on-platform, social, and commercial purposes so, by attending, you consent to being filmed.
What payment forms are accepted at Hayu FanFest?
We will be accepting all major credit cards at Hayu FanFest. Please note that cash payment will not be possible.

Yes, a cloakroom will be made available for guest items at Magazine London.

Yes, the event will be supervised by a full venue security team and bag checks completed upon entry.

By Tube: 3-minute walk from North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line). By Bus: Nearby stops for routes 129, 161, 188, 422, 486, and 24-hour services on 108, 132, 188, 286, 472. By boat: Regular service from Canary Wharf, Tower Bridge, and other piers. 9-minute walk from North Greenwich pier.
I’m travelling into London for the event. Where should I stay overnight?
The following hotels are all located within 30 minutes of the venue: Intercontinental O2, Travelodge Greenwich, The Hilton Canary Wharf, The Good Hotel, Novotel Canary Wharf, Premier Inn Greenwich.
Is there parking available at Hayu FanFest?
There is no on-site guest parking available at the venue and we encourage guests to make use of local transport facilities.
What is the bag policy at the venue?
Checks will be conducted on arrival at the venue for any bags over A4 size. Please bring smaller bags where possible.
How do I get my tickets?
Once purchased, your ticket will be emailed to you via Eventbrite. Please ensure you bring this, either printed or via the Eventbrite app, to show at the venue on arrival. You will then be provided with a wristband to grant access to the event.

What is included in my ticket?
Each general admission ticket includes entry to the event, one food voucher, and one drinks voucher.
Can I refund, exchange, or transfer my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Only purchase through the official Eventbrite page:
https://HayuFanFest.eventbrite.co.uk. Tickets bought from third parties may not be legitimate. We can only guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through our official page.
Will there be food & drinks at Hayu FanFest?
We know it’s not about the pasta, but we have our fans covered! Each general admission wristband includes one food and one drinks voucher that can be redeemed at the venue. Additional food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
Can I bring any food & drinks items into the venue?
Personal food and drinks items cannot be brought into the venue. However, each general admission wristband provides one food and one drinks voucher. Additional food and drinks will also be available for purchase.
Will there be alcohol at Hayu FanFest?
Of course! Hayu FanFest is an 18+ event and there will be both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages served to cater to all guests at the venue. Please bring valid photo ID to be checked on arrival.
